Google Chrome Security Update – 18 September 2025

Google has released an updated Chrome version 140.0.7339.185/.186 for Windows/Mac, and 140.0.7339.185 for Linux.

The addressed vulnerabilities could allow the remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, execute arbitrary code, and gain access to the affected system by persuading the victim to visit a specially crafted website.
